Attention Lake City Florida Real Estate Buyers! Over the last couple of months we've seen home prices in the Lake City area drop like a rock. Some of the best deals are out there right now waiting to be bought by someone like you. 

If you're like most people, you're probably waiting for the North Florida market to hit rock bottom so you can get the absolute best deal. That's a great idea, but the reality is.....we won't know where the bottom is in Lake City, FL until it's behind us (some experst say it's already behind us), much like we didn't know where the top was until many investors found themselves owning property in Northg Florida for more than they could sell it for.

However, if you still think prices may fall another 5-8% in the Lake City area, find a property that you like and offer them 5% below what a 'Market Analysis' says it's worth today and that way you'll still own at a rock bottom price.
